Returns & Exchanges

  • Maze Jewellery currently only offers exchanges on all products.
  • If you are unhappy with a product and an exchange is required, please contact us using our contact form.
  • Any exchange requests must be sent to Maze Jewellery within 14 days of purchasing the item.
  • The Exchange process will only take place once all products have been received to Maze in its original packaging.
  • Customers are able to exchange for any other product across the website. If the amount exceeds the cost of the exchanged product, customers are liable to pay any remaining cost if they wish to exchange for a more expensive product.
  • Customers will not be refunded if the product is exchanged for a cheaper item.
  • To exchange any products, the customer is liable to pay for any shipping fees when exchanging.
